Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with the items purchased, you may return them for an EXCHANGE only. Please note shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size or colour. In the instance where a different size of the same colour of item is not available, we are more than happy to exchange for a different item of your choice.

Please note: the price difference will be charged to your preferred method of payment. Customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Exceptions to this policy will be made for defective items only. In the event of defective merchandise, or a shipment of the wrong item, Demarie Apparels London will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise back.

All returns must be received within 7 calendar days from date of purchase using ROYAL MAIL as the preferred carrier. Final sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. All returns MUST be in new and unused condition in original packaging with tags attached. The address for returns can be found at the back of each parcel, above the seal.
