Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We will work with you and the carrier to start a claim and assist with recovering your goods.
Royal Mail delivery is our standard shipping method to all Mainland/ UK counties. We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending card authorization and verification. Please allow 2-3 days to receive your orders.
Rates for shipments are generally a flat rate regardless of the amount of your goods purchased
Our delivery aim to European countries like Ireland, Germany, France and Spain, is a speedy 3-5 working days via Royal Mail and just 5-7 working days for the rest of the world – even to countries on the other side of the globe, like Australia, China or New Zealand using a specified courier service. Charges apply.
